This is the Common Tree Senna. Starts off as a small tree and can be pruned quite well. But really acts like a bush and after a few years needs to be pulled and replaced with a new one.

I love this image because he makes me remember the house of my grandparents. There was a small tree like this one, but they never had to dump it. It was always there.
